By the way, doctor. I went through menopause about 10 years ago and have been taking estrogen therapy ever since. My uterus was removed because of fibroids, so there is no risk of endometrial cancer, which is why I am taking estrogen without progesterone. Should I have a bone density scan? A lot of my friends are having them, but I'm not sure how this test could alter my therapy. [electronic resource]
